Welcome to the Tribe – Refund & Return Guidelines

We stand behind the quality of every FrüTrōpics and Tribal Clusters product we craft. Each item is made with intention and integrity—but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

📌 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our food-based wellness products and for the safety of all customers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or consumed items. All sales are final once your order is confirmed.

⚠️ Exceptions & Eligibility

While we maintain a strict no-return policy, we understand that issues can arise. Refunds or replacements may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • Your order was not delivered due to carrier error.

In these cases, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@welcometothetribe.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

Requests submitted beyond the 7-day window may not be eligible for review.

🔄 Replacements & Store Credit

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement of the original item.

  • A store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Refunds to the original payment method are rarely granted and will be considered only under exceptional circumstances.
